COVID-19 Procedures
We currently remain open, and are still seeing your pets as needed.
Your pets can still come in! However, we are asking you, (our pet’s owners) not to enter the premises other than to drop off and pick up your pets.
IF YOUR PET NEEDS VETERINARY ATTENTION:
- Please phone us first. The vet will start your consultation over the phone with a Q&A session. If we need to examine your pet, we will arrange a time for you to come to the clinic
- If you are bringing you pet for examination or a procedure, please come in to the waiting room.
- Please bring a cat in a lockable basket and place him/her on the floor in front of the reception desk.
- Please bring your dog with a lead attached to a secure collar or harness, and put the lead on the hook on the left hand side of the reception desk
- Most likely we will see you and acknowledge your arrival. If we are not within sight, call us from the carpark to make sure we know your pet is here!
- We will examine your pet, and then phone you (out in your car), and go through any treatment options
- To avoid you handling the EFTPOS terminal, we will ask you to make any payments over the phone via your credit/debit cards, and then come back in to collect your pet and any medications etc
IF YOU ARE COLLECTING MEDICATIONS OR FOOD:
- Please phone ahead to arrange for us to get your supplies ready for you. To avoid you handling the EFTPOS terminal, we will ask you to make your payment over the phone whilst you are ordering.
- We will plan to put your supplies on the doorstep for you to pick up, so please let us know what time you will be coming, or phone as as you arrive to let us know
